About this event

As the pandemic drags on nonprofit staff are digging deeper into their coping skills and emotional reserves to support clients, co-workers and their own families. It is no exaggeration to say that many non-profit staff are now dealing with more case complexity than ever before and even life and death situations through client complexity, suicide and COVID itself. But who is caring for the caregivers? Building and renewing your own reservoir of energy and practice is a key skill, especially in our current environment. This workshop will support your capacity to do so with new practices and insights for on-the-job self care for yourself and others.

Who should attend: Nonprofit staff who want to build their resilience in the face of the ongoing pandemic.
